I’m trying shrooms tomorrow for the first time, any advice on what to do and on what not to do?

First bit of advice: dont do it. Seriously, is your life so bad that you need to fuck up your brain to be able to enjoy a little bit of it?

Maybe you could try talking to a counselor or a therapist first before you start messing up with your brain and body.
