Take it you never lived in Florida
live near the Ocean ,thats the results
But cars away from the coast don't look like that
Places it snows ,its also an issue in places they still salt the roads

@Addictedtoglamour well if you seen no rust ,it was hid under an amazing filler called BONDO LOL
With a Macco paint job you need to carry a magnet with you buying a car
When it won't stick ,,you found Bondo
