One of them, as I am a partner, with the duties of a COO, a title that I could use, but we eschew the C-Suite nonsense at our firm.

We emerged from the ruins of a former venture in late 2000, having shed the problematic management people we had who destroyed the company, though I am still sore about the losses that I personally sustained due to that stupidity.

@Stereoguy I am sorry that you had to go through something like that. It truly is disheartening to see something that you built destroyed by, in my case, incompetence of a partner who was more in love with his CEO title than actually performing the duties of the job. It made me want to just give up and buy a sailboat for a couple of years. LOL
