@FreeSpirit1 Sure seems like it at least here in america.

@TheSacredOne being homeless isn't a crime,almost every big city offers help to homeless people,my city puts people up in hotels and gives them financial assistance. Some homeless don't want help because of an alcohol or drug problem.

@FreeSpirit1 and what about homeless spikes, benches that prevent homeless from sleeping there and arresting people trying to give homeless people food?

@basilfawlty89 That's actually a thing?
FreeSpirit1 · 51-55, F
@basilfawlty89 do they arrest people for being homeless? Not wanting parks turning into shanty towns is not making it illegal.
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
@SW-User it is. I can link stuff.
TheSacredOne · 36-40, M
@FreeSpirit1 yes they do they get kicked out of parks , cafes, places for sleeping. How dare they try and get some rest how human of them.
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
@FreeSpirit1 so basically we'll be preventing homeless people from eating, sleeping or getting water. In short, take everything from them they need to exist.

@basilfawlty89 they probably required city permits to hold the functions in the parks.
