David Hoggs home was "swatted" today. Funny?

Swatting is when someone calls the cops and says there is a situation within a building, usually a home in order to get SWAT to charge into the home.

SWATing is pretty dangerous, and a waste of municipal resources. Carries a criminal sentence in most places I believe.

@Kevin19 Which is why you can't charge them with attempted murder. You could charge them with false reporting of a crime and make them liable for all damage caused, including wasting resources.

@BayouBoudin Not true, they are supposed to.show restraint but to say they aren't supposed to.enter with weapons at the ready is silly. Of course they are and even with training and restraint shit happens for understandable reasons.
