What would the Americas look like today had the Europeans never crossed the Atlantic?

Zero idea. Not much different i suspect to how it was before they crossed. Certainly be 10s of millions more Native Americans for sure.

@Arzawa yes, but other metals were used such as bronze, copper and gold. Also bear in mind iron first came from Anatolia. If global trade happened indigenous Americans could easily acquire it.

Likely progress under the Aztec would continue as they were very advanced and took a lot from prior mesoamerican civilizations. Likely Nahuatl would be the main language in mesoamerica
