No. Migrants have the ability to contribute and enrich a society.. BUT>> I would be granting a "special" category of citizenship and Residence that was able to be revoked if a person broke a severe enough law. I am not talking about a speeding ticket. But a serious conviction should lose one the right to citizenship. (I have to say it would be nice to be able to do that for all criminals, not just migrants.)
