@HoraceGreenley She actually isn't. You have to have a situation in which taxation is high and lowering it will increase consumer spending. It is very situational. The Tax Cut trump pushed through was marketed as a stimulus plan. While I appreciate the extra 100 bucks a month in my paycheck, it wasn't a necessary stimulus. The economy was rebounding.
