For the 1st time in my life I did an entire week without dairy or sugar! What I learned was that life is pretty blah without dairy or sugar .... 馃馃嵀馃崹馃崼馃

I鈥檓 down 2lbs so it did what it was supposed to do, aiming for 12 weeks.

Yes.... well done... you'll get used to it.... cut the carbs a bit too, and remember not to take it too seriously... you can use dates if you really crave for sugar... they are awesome... hugs

Ty soo much Soossie .... right now I鈥檓 limiting cheat days to once every 2 weeks where I鈥檓 allowed to eat fried foods & enjoy my beer 馃嵒 馃構 (& even than I have to follow the rules of no sugar or dairy 馃様) as far as bread I don鈥檛 have a rule but I鈥檓 avoiding it & would do a whole wheat wrap before I go for bread .... soo far soo good but wow you realize how much diary & sugar makes everything taste 馃構 (thanks again I think I just might have an organic cola on cheat days 馃槒 *hugs* )

This is a strange diet... you might harm your health if you are not careful because body needs a certain amount of sugar anyway.... dates contain only 7 calories each, but the energy boost is wonderful... you can include a few of them in your diet... it makes it more bareable..
