I can feel swear dripping down between my shoulder blades. Pants and underwear are like plastic cling wrap and it's uncomfortable

That's one reason my wife and I like being naturists (no clothes to stick to you) and why we got air conditioning🤠. But I haven't always lived like this and know exactly where you're coming from...I hated it.
