Have you noticed gender differences while working with Men and Women in the workplace?

Yeah in some of the places I've worked. Now I have a physical labor job and everybody generally acts the same but the men make jokes about "weak" women quite a bit (that's an understatement...)

I notice gender differences everyday, both in and out of work because females and males are not the same.
