when the poorest people get a resource, they are very likly to share it with others.
technically EBT is for you and you alone.
hard to be mad at the urge to share with others

@SatyrService it just seems like a weird thing to brag about. If that was me I wouldn't be bragging about it or sharing it

maybe just jubilation, at being able to share.
