how has your day been?

Well at least you understand where I'm coming from! I had a c7 fusion along with 4 slipped discs in my lumbar portion and I'm still not fully healed yet. I actually think i attended physical therapy way earlier than i was suppose to because my back locked up on during one of the exercises so its a slow recovery but before the cast i was in a back and neck brace which weren't helping and i couldn't do the simplest of things for example sitting down so its not comfortable.

Yeah wearing a neck brace and bone growth stimulator for 6 weeks takes the fun out of everything. Thoracic problems worry me. I don't know about you but I do not respond well to opiate pain meds. I lost 40 lbs from constant nausea.

recovering from a pretty bad accident I had last year, my back is still pretty bad which is why my doctor wanted to put me in cast because the medical braces weren't helping.

just got the cast on Wednesday and I can be in anywhere between 3-6 depending on my surgery date.

I hope your recovery is speedy and that d cast doesn't itch much. ...on d bright side ya don't gotta get up ta p:)
