@xMysteriousx no junk or sweets.Its energy and protein focused.One trick to lose weight is to exercise before breakfast.The energy used cannot come from food as you have not eaten.The best all round excerice is a rowing machine.
A diet of new potatoes with lean meat and some vegetables is the way to go.Sometimes eat fish or chicken.Smaller meals but more frequent.
