i'm not sure why people think exercise is so time consuming. if i indulge in an hour drama series, i get up, stretch, do calisthenics, lift hand weights. and i also like to listen to music and dance for extra cardio while cooking. combining exercise with recreation/daily activities works for me, and i enjoy how it feels during and after. great stress reducer.

@SW-User exactly. Thats what I was gonna say. I do my stretches durimg tv shows.

I do my workout immediately after work, or in the mornings on the weekend. Get it done with right away. It's my motivation for being to enjoy the rest of the evening or day and you feel so good afterwords.

I did all my exercising at home, so I could fit it in after I got home from work. I always was in the office by 7:00 a.m., so mornings weren't a possibility. I also walked for exercise during lunch.

get a workout partner. it helps. go for a run around ur home. it’s the longest hour of my day personally and easy to neglect....
