I just learned the guy who killed those kids in Texas womt get the death penalty bc he is a minor... Which is complete bullshit.
If you can kill others, you should be able to die as well.

@Zaxel i think 12 or 13 and up. But if its an act of pure killing.

Why 12/13? The part of your brain thats responsible for higher level and future-oriented thinking, the frontal lobe doesn't really develop fully until 25. The difference between a 12 and 17 year old is still pretty slim in terms of decision-making ability. I don't necessarily agree with the death penalty for the kid but some form of justice would be appropriate. Or better yet, a prevention program.
