I have ABSOLUTELY experienced racism as a white guy...BUT...grouping millions of people together is a no-win situation. You can't fight racism with more racism. None of us have the exact same life experiences, so we all have biases. The best we can do is be aware of that and judge people on their own merits and reject racism from all sides. Why? Because any race is vulnerable, and your number WILL come up. Our only real chance is to get together. We all have to be here. Let's make the best of it.

But from my perspective, I see lingering attitudes or stereotypes towards POC but they don’t actually have any rights violations as a group. There are many minority groups out there that actually are still fighting for legal equality, like the disabled or gays etc but in 2018 racism is what’s trendy. Maybe the people with actual rights violations will get their turn next year 😒

In America, yes there are some still racist people. But that's a minority of people. Most people are very accepting towards other races.
