How in-touch are you with your ancestral cultures/identities?

🤷🏻 I still cook the food and hold to the holiday traditions, but I don't think I'd be nearly as into it if my mother wasn't.

Sadly, not very.
I just found out what some of my ancestry is specifically. I didn’t know before. But there are cultural traditions in this country that I follow.
@Einstok The African ancestry is mostly Nigerian.

@Einstok No, it doesn’t give that much detail, unfortunately. But I never thought I’d be able to narrow things down to a country on the continent.
It’s possible it’s Yoruba because I learned about the Orishas as a child by family members.
