Why do some websites allow their members to tease and bait each other?
Why don't they see that behaviour as trolling and clamp down on it?

@Bootsiebaby May be partly it develops from spending so much time online and they obsess over taking selfies and getting the flattery. Then they thrive on that flattery even if untrue or from degenerates
