@MissMollyCharlotte0702 good cut steak... dip it milk with a little bit of butter then flour then fry!!

I double dip the batter...dip in egg and milk beaten...then dip in flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder....again in egg and milk, then again in flour. Quite nice. He used crushed cornflakes...still wasn’t bad.@SW-User

Hmmm... never had it in crushed corn flakes.. now I've fried fish in that before
