I don’t know what’s the intention after being proven lately that women workers are still considered a lebel below a man. Luckily, in the Public sector doesn’t happen so much as the private.
What do you want to hear? Than men genetically tend to have a higher physical strength than women. This is a fact that can’t be denied. Beyond this fact, I don’t understand what’s the point to compare women and men as two separete cathegories.
