@Classy Not legitimate. Society needs children and no matter how hard we may try, women have us beat hands down. Also, if you actively discourage those women who are intelligent and have drive from having kids, the population will be breeding itself into a kind of regressive evolution.

@Wildflowerr For clarity, I don’t believe that woman should be penalised for taking maternity leave - how the heck else are we going to survive as a species if we leave it to the least capable and productive to do all the breeding?
