Why is it

so many people believe in god without any real evidence, but refuse to believe in climate change?

For me I certainly believe in climate change, just not the hysterical screaming activists tend to fall back on. Climate change has always been going on.Just a matter of being realistic about it.

@EllaDisenchanted so dumping millions of tone of greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere every year makes no difference?
@lorne13 Considering how a single volcanic eruption spews out billions of tons of gasses and debris in an an hour.... not in the long run, no. the biggest impact we have is in direct contact with our enviroment.

@lorne13 What's sad is people jumping bandwagons because it fits their own wants instead of looking at a situation.

@EllaDisenchanted thousands of scientists with years of training and millions of dollars worth of instruments study a situation for years, measuring changes in climate and the effects of greenhouse gasses, and someone comes along and decided to ignore the warning signs and then says others are not looking at the situation...
@lorne13 And those thousands report what they find, some contractadictory and some in agreement, and contribute to our understanding. That's science and it's wonderful. Then other people want to politicize aspects of the issue and pick and choose what to scream about and what to ignore.

It existsmost certainly. But whether we compare, question and listen to professionals or blindly follow the buzzwords and causes of politicos is the decision.we all make.
