A programmable entity online that uses certain elements like say those java scripted ads...
Cept it's created by a person to use on a site to... do they bidding, say sex ads, trolling, chitchat.... whatever the programmer wants.
Plenty are harmless but some can save conversations. .
And.. possibly get info to further annoy folks.. like say spam them about crap no one cares about or worse.
