I can dislocate my shoulders. I could bend them far back enough that it looks like I'm missing limbs. Most disturbing thing you could see people actually beg me to stop when I do it
@PepperMint I don't know if I was always able to do it but in my twenties I started realizing I was more flexible than most and practiced a little bit at a time and finally got it down
