All things in moderation. Too many regrets can be debilitating and unhealthy, but regrets serve an important purpose. Regrets alter our behaviors and influence our decisions. They are lessons that stick with us and help us choose a better path going forward. So long as you don't get consumed by your regrets, one could argue that they make you a better person.
