Why are you fucking bigot? Transitioning helps people who are trans. Actual medical experts (not neckbeards on 4chan and Breitbart) recommend transitioning for trans people. Gender and sex is not the same thing. Gender is to do with your identity.
There are multiple things that govern both sex and gender i.e hormones, chromosomes, genitalia, and more. It's just one thing. Even the bigoted transphohbic claim of "muh two genderz" is crap - you get more combinations than XX and XY. What's more is that gender as it exists today has only existed since the 19th century.
Other cultures such as numerous Native American cultures recognised multiple genders.
You're not a qualified psychiatrist - you're some douche on the net that didn't really read up about this issue outside of probably a few YouTube videos by dumbasses like Stefan Molyneux.
