Do you take hot showers even when it's extremely hot outside?

If I'm just coming in from extreme heat I'll take a cold shower.

Actually, if you take a hot shower you'll be cooler after the shower. Your body temp rises in the heat, so once out of the shower your body temp has to lower itself back to normal. Making you cooler.
