@Ivana I don’t think that’s true
It's not always true, but it's true often enough to give one pause - paws - to make one cautious.

I knew a Pennsylvania vet who had a big cat refuge.

A big problem with baby big cats is their owners AREN'T big cats and don't know how to raise one, no matter how much affection they feel. One of the vet's big guests was a lion who had been part of a stripper's act. She fed her lion cat food, which does not contain the nutrients needed by an animal whose skeletal structure will have to support 400 lbs or more (ave housecat 8-10 lbs).

Nearly all of that poor animal's bones had been or were broken when he arrived at the refuge.

Big glorious animals do not make good housepets and if they get cranky and devour their owners, who can blame them? @gummybears

@Mamapolo2016 I still want one! 😣
Even for one hour
@gummybears In Puerto Vallarta there is a zoo where you can hold and cuddle baby lions, leopards, panthers...

You can want one. If you take it home, it's not because you want what's best for it, but because you want what you want, regardless of the damage it does.
