Looks good but I'm more of a gourmet sandwich guy. Try a sandwich idea I came up with one day. Take foccacia bread, slice in half and toast. Next take a little softened cream cheese, a dab of mild curry paste and a drop of mustard and mix together. Put that on the bottom half of the toasted foccacia bread. Next top bottom half with salmon lox, baby spinach leaves and soft white goat cheese. Put a teaspoon of mango chutney on top of that and cover with the top half of toasted foccacia bread. It's delicious.
