Do you initiate private messages to people here often?

I've done it maybe four times, and only one bothered to contribute to a conversation.

I have done once or twice. Then it just felt I was pulling teeth trying to chat. So I slowly whistled off the message tip toeing away... realising I was a bit daft!!!!

@Dusty101 Yeah, seems like such a damn effort to get people to contribute a conversation these days. Constantly being the only one to ask questions, show interest, introduce new topics. It's tiring.
