Mostly yes. I try to remember when I've wanted forgiveness - makes it easier to forgive others.

Not quite as easily as I once did, but eventually I forgive them all, because it doesn't help to hold on to bitterness.
If I forgive too early without letting myself feel the emotions that thier actions brought about, it is very easy for me to just excuse it and bury my head in the sand until they do the same thing again.
Forgivness is not the same as trusting them again, took me many years to figure that out.

I’m not very good.

I struggle with forgiveness. If they apologise I forgive, but I don’t necessarily forget. I have gone years without forgiving someone...I still hate her for what she did to me. The most disgusting human being on the planet.
