Why are people starting to not tip or tip really poorly?!
Like I’m taking you worked really hard did the best you could provided awesome customer service and then they give you either no tip or something pathetic?

Thought you said as a barkeeper you don’t work for tips as you are not a waitress?in the UK we don’t have a tipping culture instead waiters are waitresses expect employers to pay a fair salary not having most of their income coming from tips earning little per hour otherwise
