Why are people starting to not tip or tip really poorly?!
Like I’m taking you worked really hard did the best you could provided awesome customer service and then they give you either no tip or something pathetic?

Maybe because people think you're being paid to do the hob,so why tip. Or,that the management use the money to pay for goods or to pay wages,to keep there costs down
