A customer at my hotel said she is in protection because she witnesses military people injecting kids with hiv.
Are there really secret things like this that the military do?

Its feasible, secret departments of many governments in many countries have experimented on civilians, The USA and UK they have admitted. They apologise and move on, that doesn't mean it stops. lol.
