He lives in Costa Rica because he's obsessed with not being a part of "the system" and he's always trying to "beat the man" but he's come back here to Chicago for a little while and he's staying with my grandma. I always thought it would be great to live here and the movie was great, but Australia can be a little boring at times. Don’t get me wrong the beaches are great, the animals are great, but to live here is expensive, not a lot goes on in small towns, and I find myself wanting more. The flies are horrible here too in summer. There is more to do in the States. @emptysoul44
