What do you do when someone is talking to you nonstop

It depends on the situation and who it is.

At home, I start nervously cleaning. If someone is visiting and boring the hell out of me, I start dusting and wiping things down ....straightening things...etc.....
Away from home, I just say I have to go.

Tell them to stop talking

Get up and leave.

I tell them very nicely to shut the eff up. 😁
