I never got that. I got stickers. Tbh, I could never understand my dentist because he had such a thick south african accent.. which I thought was french at the time. He could’ve been offering me a dead body for all I knew and i’d just nod because I couldn’t understand.

@HijabaDabbaDoo one of my doctors is Ethiopian and hr has a beautiful accent but hard for me to understand.
