Why does everyone keep asking questions about French toast?

Personally I dislike it, and would prefer just some regular toast. Lol.

French toast is a great way to use up stale bread. Simple whisk together an egg, milk, Brown sugar, and nutmeg. Soak bread slices briefly and fry on a hot griddle in butter. Serve with maple syrup, and maybe some bacon on the side. Pretty tasty.

That's the thing about my recipe, you can modify it to your taste. For a one egg, 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk, I only use about 1/2 tsp Brown sugar. You could eliminate it, if you wish. Egg/milk mixture should not be too eggy, definately more milk. You do need some egg to make it brown properly. Serve with butter if you don't want maple sugar
