I did an experiment to see if I could fall asleep without the AC and use a fan but
I FELT LIKE I WAS DYING. How the hell do people live without AC? YOU FREAKIN CRAZY?

We only use the AC when temperature in the house = 90. Which means it's 100 + degrees outside, and always turn it off when going to bed. However my bedroom is on the second floor & like an oven occasionally.
I have an overhead fan going 24/7 & small one next to bed.
