Just throw sweats on over the shorts then as soon as you get home all you need to do is take them off and you're good to go

Because it’s not spring yet. But it’s getting there. It’s cold here too but I still see moms dropping their kids off and walking them into the school in pajama bottoms and a t shirt. Really??
