When are you suppose to throw out store bread ?

i dont really finish a bag of bread within 2-3 days its usually there for a week but in the fridge , but by the end of the week i just throw out the remaining , so in the fridge how long will it stay good?

I鈥檓 OCD about expiration dates. Probably lasts longer but something in my head says it has to go. 馃檮

@whateverhappens I don鈥檛 put it in the fridge. Never seems as fresh.
