What shape does the earth seem to bible thumpers?

@SimplyTracie somebody, call themselves Christians, stuffs their personal beliefs down you throat, while using the scripture to fit their likings. They’re not nice people.

@SimplyTracie A person who believes what the bible says and goes about the streets and avenues like a wild man/woman ....:)

@NaturalBeautyQueen do you believe in racial profiling? Or religious profiling in all cases except Bible thumpers?

Let me rephrase that...do you think it’s just to assume all Muslims are evil because some are?

@Mamapolo2016 I never heard of “religious profiling”. I have no idea what that means. I have a problem with people using the Bible only to judge and harass others that do not agree with them. Not everyone that believes in God does that.

@NaturalBeautyQueen i’m trying to point out that profiling a group of anything en masse is profiling. I believe there’s racial profiling too, and I believe it’s wrong. I believe there are more peaceful Muslims than not. And once profiling of ANY nature is condoned, we’ve got trouble right here in River City. Even if they’re Bible thumpers. It is dangerous and injust to tar all members of any group with the same brush.

@NaturalBeautyQueen that’s very true. Not everyone who thumps a Bible for emphasis does that either. But every time we lump humans into one group or another, even if we can’t stand them and think they’re worse than perverts, we make it easier for others to do that, and I thought that’s part of what we were trying to stop.

@Mamapolo2016 Wait a minute.... Where did I say anything about all religions are Bible thumpers? I never said that. I specially expressed my feelings toward Bible thumpers only. I’m not even talking about religion. There’s a huge difference.

@Mamapolo2016 I am speaking from my personal experience. And based on my experience and what I’ve dealt with, Bible thumpers are as bad as perverts.

If what I said, is a problem for you, then I don’t know what to tell you. I’m not here trying to change anything.

I never said you said that. I said you lumped all members of a group herein referred to as Bible thumpers in a category also designating them as worse than perverts. I can pick out a thousand members of any groups of any kind on the planet and designated them as anything I please and I can be right. So could you.

But prejudice is prejudice. And prejudice leads to more prejudice. That is my point.
