They don’t sell their stuff at a high enough price. They get ripped off because they are bad at maths

individual countries / continents do not have a unilateral say in how much they sell their goods for. They are subject to trade tariffs, world trade organisation rules and so on. For instance the European Union imposes a 27% trade tariff on Africa, deliberately exploiting an already poor continent. Don't blame the economically weak for being oppressed by economically /militarily stronger countries. The poor are deliberately kept poor.
