Glad other people are talking about this; it's something I've struggled with a lot too. Honestly, I have found nothing that helps quite like my relationship with God. Glad to talk about it with you if you'd like to hear more :)

@thepeculiarpanda it really is, i went through a cane of green apple, i should have gotten more, but this is my last one of the night. shouldnt over do it.

keeping myself busy and my mind occupied helps curb the anxiety. When I am having anxiety I have trouble sitting or trying to read, watch a show.....
Normally if I clean or bake I find it helps me to calm down.

You can get something called GABA at supplement stores. It's a natural chemical in your brain. It's good for you, helps you to relax. And if you are especially stressed combine it with a cup of chamomile tea

It’s tough. I try to meditate, run, do yoga, and read. This seems to work. I major in worrying about worrying enough.
