@SW-User only in civilization, in nature the dumb would all get themselves killed and the intelligent would be all that is left. if people had to rely on themselves to survive there would be no dumb people. but when ppl are forced to keep numb skulled baby makers provided for, these retarded baby makers just keep pushing out low intelligence voters who will vote socialism for more free money while they continue to shoot and stab each other to death.
