That's what I was wondering, the need for it, that is. He's taking something that helps increase blood oxygenation (the way I understand). But curling? Seriously?

@jackjjackson I heard it on NPR this morning, but wasn't paying much attention. Sounded it something like "melody". It improves blood circulation, carrying more oxygen/nutrients to muscles. I fell asleep trying to figure curling out.
