But since that breeches both my colleague's/her supervisor's confidentiality agreement i best not !

@Picklebobble2 yeah I do most of the supervision here, I've never had any formal training on how to do it, I've just read everything it's supposed to be and experienced what it's NOT supposed to be in a lot of supervisions run by bad managers.

@CheshireCatalyst I've spent nearly 30 years in this job and the differences between good and bad supervisors is scary !
