Ever had one of those days ?

My colleague has been in a 'supervision' session for almost an hour now

One of those horrible offices with plenty of windows for onlookers to gawp through the second a voice is raised ?

I'm sat about 15 feet away and just heard her say this to her supervisor.

@Picklebobble2 yeah I do most of the supervision here, I've never had any formal training on how to do it, I've just read everything it's supposed to be and experienced what it's NOT supposed to be in a lot of supervisions run by bad managers.

But since that breeches both my colleague's/her supervisor's confidentiality agreement i best not !
