Why do some people get so "weird" here?

One guy added me, then sent me a mail to say hi, then he removed me from his circle, then he added me again, sent another mail, I replied and said hi etc. then he stalked my profile over night about 6-10 times from what I can see, then he deleted his profile, he's now a purple x

What in the world was all that about I wonder..

Yeah some strange folks, I remember that RodneyTrotter dude sent a friend add and an inbox message and I didn't answer in about 45 minutes, so he sent me an abusive message and blocked me, I was like woah ok - weirdo
